Terms & Conditions – The Pokey DD Trader

Returns & Refunds

At The Pokey DD Trader, we take great care to ensure all products are genuine and accurately described.

1. Sealed Trading Card Products
Due to the nature of sealed trading card products and the risk of product tampering, pack swapping or fraudulent returns, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any sealed products once they have been dispatched. This includes, but is not limited to:

* Booster packs
* Booster boxes
* Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)
* Collection boxes
* Tins
* Blisters
* Any other factory sealed trading card products

2. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

* Clear photographs of the damaged item
* Photographs of the packaging
* Your order number

As all parcels are handled by third-party courier services, claims for damage should first be made directly with the delivery company. We will happily assist you with any information required for your claim.

Where damage is found to be our responsibility (for example, an item was sent already damaged or incorrectly packaged), we will repair, replace or refund the item where appropriate.

3. Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a full refund once the incorrect item has been returned.

4. Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier before any replacement or refund is issued.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Authenticity
All products sold by The Pokey DD Trader are 100% genuine and sourced from reputable suppliers and distributors.

7. Limitation of Liability
By purchasing from The Pokey DD Trader, you acknowledge that the contents of sealed trading card products are random. We cannot guarantee specific cards, rarities or pull rates, and refunds will not be issued based on the contents received.
