Returns & Refunds Policy

No Returns

Due to the nature of our products and the risk of card tampering, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions before placing your order.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thepokeyddtrader@mail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and work to resolve it where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For the protection of all customers, trading cards and sealed card products cannot be returned due to the possibility of tampering or fraud. This policy applies regardless of whether the product has been opened.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered if:

• You receive an incorrect item.

• Your order is lost in transit (where confirmed by the shipping carrier).

• Your item arrives damaged and your claim is approved.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
